Breakfast and After School Club
Breakfast and After School Club
These clubs are available to all Children who attend Carterhatch Infant School full time.
Breakfast
We provide a healthy breakfast of cereal, bagels or toast and fruit juice to our pupils so that they are settled and ready to learn. Research shows us that, breakfast gives children the energy needed for the day ahead and enables them to focus on their learning.
The cost is currently £2 per day. Paid in advance via ParentPay. Adhoc bookings if spaces are available will be charged at an additional £1 per session. If you would like your child to attend but need support to pay please speak with the school office.
Breakfast Club is held everyday from 8.00am in Rainbow Cake Room. Entrance is via Autumn Close

Cancellation Policy: Two weeks notice will need to be given in writing. Any sessions booked within those two weeks will be charged for.
Attendance
Your child will only be able to attend the days you have booked. You will be charged for all days booked regardless of whether your child attends or not as staffing will still be in place.

Tax-Free Childcare
This is a government scheme to help parents with the cost of childcare. Eligible parents will be able to open an online childcare account. The money held in these accounts can only be used to pay for registered childcare. For every £8 parents pay into their childcare account, the government will pay in an additional £2, up to a maximum of £2,000 per child per year (or £4,000 for children with SEN). Parents will then be able to use the funds to pay for Breakfast Club and After School Club.
